December 13, 2018 Siletz, OR – The Siletz Valley Warriors were 4-2 overall as they took the court against the visiting 0-3 Valor Christian Knights. The Warriors jumped out to an early 18-3 first quarter lead and never looked back and picked up the 66-43 win.
The next few weeks both teams need to really work on the basics: Dribbling, passing, shooting, and rebounding. However, what both teams lacked in basic fundamentals was made up with hustle.
The Warriors’ win was their fourth straight and will hopefully give them the momentum needed to defeat Damascus Christian who is 6-1 overall.
The Knights are now 0-4 overall and next face 2-1 St. Stephens Acad.
